SWITCHING INTO GLOBAL STUDIES AT UCLA (3rd Year Transfer Student)

I was recently admitted to UCLA for International Development and UCSB for Economics. I am currently deciding which university I want to commit to considering that I want to pursue a career in either marketing, business consulting at a Big 4, or generally working in the startup industry in any number of professions. I plan to minor in Statistics and Public Affairs at UCLA and after researching my major more extensively, I hope to transfer into Global Studies after my first quarter (I have completed all of the prerequisites for both IDS and GS). Even so, taking into account my goals, which college do you recommend committing to in order to place myself in the best position possible for when I enter the job market? Are there any other majors you recommend that I apply to at UCLA? Lastly, how difficult is it to receive an A in Global Studies 1 and International Development 1. Please let me know and thank you for your responses.

Please note that I do not intend to pursue a graduate school degree.
