<p>Hello all! I was recently admitted to both UCLA and Berkeley, but am currently leaning towards UCLA. I just have a question I was hoping to get some help answering.</p>
<p>I was admitted to UCLA as a Pre-Political Science major but recently became interested in the International Development Studies program. I know that IDS is difficult to get into but is it at all possible to switch from Political Science to IDS after I transfer?</p>
<p>On another note do students from either department have any words of wisdom they could share? Thoughts/feelings on each major? My intention is to concentrate on International Relations but I have heard that UCLA's IR is not fantastic.</p>
