<p>Yes it is possible RedOktober, I had originally called them up last week to talk to them about it and they said they would call me back the next day. But, with my luck they didn’t call and I was too nervous to call them back until today. I called them around 3 PM and they told me they would call me back, and by 5 PM they responded and told me I was now in the College of Engineering for BME! So yeah it is possible, you may just have to call them a few times. If your application was strong they will definitely let you into the program, as they told me they had to review my application over again, so as long as you have a strong application you’ll be able to transfer before the school year begins.</p>
