Switching towers in FT?

So I was put in the North Tower on some LLC that either has you be quiet or not have any substances. I've heard that the South Tower is just overall better for an average student because it doesn't have all these LLCs. Obviously if you have a specific interest or something in common with your floor that's great, but I just want a completely blank floor, which it seems the South Tower has more than the North one. I've already emailed the Resedential servies and they said you can move floors two weeks in, but how about towers? Thanks!

I don’t know for FT, but I know you can switch to completely different areas in other complexes. It just depends how on hard you try and availability. By the way, if you haven’t already seen it, here is a video tour of FT:

My friend lived there last year in North Tower, and really enjoyed it. She said there is a mix of students.
