Hi. I already applied as a math major, but now I want to major in computer science or electrical engineering.
That means i hav to switch my college from CAS to Engineering...
Is it easy to switch if i decide to do that before the beginning of my freshman year? (Like... right after i get admitted..)
Or if it's not, how hard is it to switch your college? (from CAS to engineering)

Computer science is offered in Arts & Sciences and in Engineering, electrical engineering is only in Engineering.

If you want to transfer colleges, you can’t do it the moment you get in, even if you’ve already changed your mind before freshmen year.

You must wait a few semesters and work with the transfer office while demonstrating your excellency in the basic math/chemistry/computer science/physics requirements.

Keep your grades up and talk to your adviser and the internal transfer shouldn’t be too much of an issue. It is definitely hard to transfer if your grades aren’t that great your first semester or so. CAS does offer computer science as a major, so unless you are really set on Electrical Engineering, you can probably stay in CAS.
