Not sure how much it means, but I go to a public school in Philly and your stats are almost the exact average our Naviance shows for students admitted to Temple (assuming your GPA is uw)

I got admitted to temple (also hispanic) with similar stats to you for Biology. Make sure your extra curricular are strong, and by the looks of it, your essay explains your grades. I think you’ll be fine!
