I just got a separate email notifying me that my financial aid award was ready to view but I’m super disappointed in the amount of need-based aid I was given because it’s almost nothing. Is anyone else in the same boat?

When I look at my FA portal all I see is the 15K scholarship, which is no where near the aid suggested by the NPC that I ran. Thought if further FA is coming, or is this it?

The FA letter came about 1.5 hours after acceptance - no aid!

Same. My scholarship was only 13k but my EFC on FAFSA is around 2k and it’s just weird because Syracuse is known for being very generous with their FA offers.

No, don’t apologize! I totally understand, I’m bummed too… however, truly do not lose hope yet. I’m def not. As other people in the chat said, despite “history”, it doesn’t seem like the decisions left will be just waitlists/rejections. You really just never know until you know. I’m not trying to be blindly optimistic, but it just doesn’t make to lose hope so easily when there is simply no way to know for sure

NO! No email. I just went straight to the portal so that’s why I was questioning what gives.
