@abhiyo Yes, I take a full IB courseload + one extra IB course, 7 in total.
For some reason, I contribute this to only being outright rejected from ONE school - other than that, it’s been acceptances & waitlists. To incoming seniors/their parents who are looking at this thread, my advice to you is to take on the most challenging courseload you can while keeping a GPA of an A average or higher. My college counselor said this speaks volumes to universities. Best of luck to everyone else applying/waiting for a decision!

@abhiyo I know! Probably why certain schools that are definitely reaches for me (i.e. GW, Tulane) have not outright rejected me 
I talked to Syracuse Admissions today because I still haven’t gotten my decision and they told me it was the last week they where sending everything out !!! They didn’t give me a day, they just told to watch my email throughout the week. Good luck to everyone !

Nope. This waiting is awful. I would hope they wouldn’t have everyone wait this long just to be rejected.

Any current students know if it’s hard to switch majors? I really want to go into new house but didn’t realize until after I applied to a different college?
Rejected by email. Oh well…have other solid choices and kind of feared the heartbreak of getting in and not getting $ after all this. It’s a relief to stop checking, kind of painful to wait this long for a “no” though! I guess I don’t have to watch the final 4 now Good luck to everyone !
