syracuse

any information about syracuse will be greatly appreciated (:

We looked at the program last year. It's strong. You will need a portfolio to get in. It has good abroad programs. The only drawback is the building is way off campus, but that may not be a problem for you since the building on campus should be completely renovated in about two years. It was the second choice for my daughter. The grads do very well. Hope this helps. Go visit the school. It'll be worth the trip.

Plus a 15,000 strong ugrad student body.

Plus, they have a cool website that takes you through the application process and shows some cool portfolios.

As far as the portfolio, they want to see hand original drawings and artwork. Do NOT add computer generated work. I would also look at the range for GPA and test scores. To be safe it's good to be at the upper end of both scales for the architecture school.
