<p>It is my impression that Edmonds has an older, more-developed International Student Program, so I would expect that they have more services and more students. Edmonds is also a little closer to Seattle, where you will want to go at least periodically. Some of your decision should be based on what you want to study, as both of these colleges have some different programs. For example, Edmonds is stronger in Engineering.</p>
