TAG UC Riverside

I am a transfer student from Santa Barbara City College and planned on tagging UCR for Fall 2014 admission as a Business Administration major. However, my planned courses up till Spring 14 have me falling short of completing the second calculus course as well as the intro to business course.

I have a 3.92 GPA and IGETC completed, however what are the chances of my TAG being denied as a result of me not completing those two courses?

I have heard cases in the past where students were allowed to finish their lower level courses in the summer before transferring and still entered their UC with junior standing.

Thanks

You should communicate with your transfer admissions counselor that you are planning on completing those courses in the summer. I recommend chatting with Admissions at 951-827-3411 and asking to speak with a transfer counselor about TAG.

You have a really high GPA, though, and with a completed IGETC, you still stand a good chance at being admitted.
