Take a fourth time?

So after getting my June score it has become really tempting to take the SAT again....

The problem is that I've taken it three times already.

My scores have gone up a lot since I started. They went from 1840 in January to 2000 in March to 2050 in June, giving me a 2060 superscore. My breakdown for June was:

CR: 650
M: 680
W: 720 essay: 9

I know if I really crack down and study math I can break 700 and if I can improve my essay to a 10 I can get a 740ish writing score. I'm so close to that 2100 that I told myself I would get back in January so it's tempting to not stop now and try one more time.

The colleges I'm applying to, for the most part, use score choice and superscoring. So does that mean if I take it a fourth time they won't necessarily know how many times I've taken it? They should only see the scores I send, right?

I'm just looking for some other opinions on this.

Exactly; they will only see the dates you send…just make sure that the schools on your list all use score choice…

Right, that’s the idea.

So as long as the schools use score choice, if I only send 2 scores it will appear as if I only took two exams…making it acceptable to take it a fourth time? I wouldn’t be obsessing over it this much but to be honest the rest of my application is weak and the SAT is one place where I can be in the 75th percentile range for my school choices, and I still feel I have room for improvement.

yeah they won’t know how many times you took it
