Taking 8 classes Junior Year rigor?

I was thinking of taking 8 classes my junior year instead of the 7 my school offers. To do this I would have to take one online. Currently, my schedule looks like this, if I chose to do 8.
AP Chem
AP Lang
AP Physics
AP Comp sci
Marketing
Spanish 4
Honors Precalculus
Regular US history (online over school year)

U.S history is a graduation requirement at my school and I neither like u.s history, nor am I that good at it. If I wasn’t taking it, I would have to remove AP chem from my schedule (all other courses on my 7 I will not change). I am doing really well in math, chemistry, and English now but I have a B in AP world so I don’t want to take APUSH, but i would still like to try and take 4 AP’s next year and am actually interested in chemistry.
How hard do you think this schedule would be? How hard might the work load be every night with the addition of US history everyday?

move AP Physics to your Sr year. You will need to know some calculus in order to do well in that class.
3 AP classes your Jr year is PLENTY.
The LAST thing you want to so is tank your GPA.
I’d take either a regular history or APUSH next year instead of an online class.

Depends on the Physics, if AP Physics 1, you don’t need calc, if AP Physics C you do.

If physics 1, hard but doable.
What are you currently taking? How stressed are you with your current schedule and how maNY hours of sleep do you get each night during the week?

It’s Physics 1
Right now I take only 1 Ap, Ap world, and the other three core are chem, algebra 2, and english, all honors
Currently It doesn’t feel like too much. I do after school clubs and sports and usually get all homework done between 30mins-2 hours a day,but if its the week of the test I usually stay up till 11-12 studying. But this is still only with one ap
currently I see next year being

ap chem- medium hmrk and medium studying? chem rn I haven’t had to really study at home since the stuff is really easy
ap lang- lot of hmrk/studying? though this class was all just essays and idk what the test would be on besides writing and grammar
ap physics- lots of hmrk and lots of studying?
ap comp sci- idk anything w/hmrk or rigor of this class but currently self learning some java to prepare
marketing- study hall, doing for deca
precalc hn- lots of studying, medium hmrk
spanish 4- busy work hmrk/ little studying

Online U.S history- little hmrk and all is just reading the textbook and doing tests?

AP world is known as the easiest AP.
All the ones you are taking NY are harder and require more then 3X’s the homework.
your schedule will be PLENTY rigorous WO the online class.
Your JR and SR yr GPA is equally important, so dont sabotage it by taking more AP classes then you can easily handle in order to try to impress college admissions officers.
7-8 AP classes TOTAL is all you need- more is just more…

Actually, the easiest AP 's are ap human geography, AP stats, AP psychology, and APES.
APWH is actually very comprehensive and often a senior level class at high schools where Euro is a sophomore class (at some high schools, the order is reversed so this isn’t definite.)
AP chemistry, even for strong students coming from honors chemistry with an A, is considered extremely rigorous and time-consuming.
I think that, based on your current schedule, you’re overloading. I’d keep Physics 1 and Lang, depending on whether you mean CS A or CS principles keep principles but push A to senior year or try to evaluate your programming skills, definitely push AP chemistry to senior year.
What can you replace it/them from honors classes your school offers ?

I would keep lang and comp sci, but drop either chem or physics. Those are both rigorous classes with a lot of homework and outside studying, especially if you’re aiming to do well on the AP test. Keep in mind that these classes are not going to be the only thing taking up your time… there’s the SAT/ACT, community service and other ECs. Don’t overload yourself too much.

Getting Bs your junior year isn’t worth it, just saying
