Taking a subject test 3 times?

I just got my sat ii scores back and got a 690 on Bio M -_-. I had taken it as a freshman as well and got a 650. I want to major in some sort of engineering, so I need a science. The problem is I'm taking AP Physics B next year as a senior and I hated chem laat year, so the only plausible one is bio. I'm confident that I can pull off a 750+ in september, but I wanted thoughts on taking a test 3 times.

Thanks!

It’s probably a good idea to retake it if you’ll be applying to top tier schools. As long as you score high on the 3rd time, it won’t look too bad and I’m sure admissions will be somewhat lenient on your 650 freshman year.

Yeah, go ahead and retake if you’re confident you can get 750+. Freshmen year probably won’t count, as 2nerdy4you said.
