<p>I am in the College of Letters and Sciences but am interested in taking a film class. According to the online registrar, the class has no enrollment restrictions or prereqs, so can I just go ahead and sign up for it?</p>
<p>No, I tried that and URSA wouldn’t allow me. I do know its possible, just dont know how yet.</p>
