Taking French online instead of at school

My daughter is currently a high school sophomore. She took French 1 as a freshman at school. For sophomore year, there are more classes that she wants to take than there is room in her schedule. We elected to take french 2 online with UC scout with the approval of the French 2 teacher and the school counselor. She will not receive school credit for the class but she will be placed in French 3 next school year (Junior). I just realized that there is a high probably that she would have schedule conflict next year. There is only 1 class period being offered for French 3. She plans to take multiple AP classes which also have limited class offerings. She knows many students who did not get their AP classes due to limited class offerings. Her schedule would be more flexible to accommodate the AP classes if she takes French 3 online. There is a similar situation for French 4 as well. Would taking French 2, 3 and 4 online affect college admission? UC scout classes are accredited and can send transcripts to colleges.

Plan now to take French 3 in a live setting at her high school. If there is an insurmountable conflict, that would be the time to consider whether another year of online language instruction makes sense.

What are the FL graduation requirements for her high school? Check that out too.

No. Would she learn French as effectively as if in a classroom? IMO, no. Is wanting to jam in a boatload of APs a valid reason to take French online? IMO, no.
