I would like to help, but I come from NJ and I don’t know anyone who’s ever had anything to do with IB’s. I’ve just heard about them on this website, so I really have no clue on how to gauge that.

I applied to Brandeis with 38 predicted IB points (36 current). Im an international and require FA so I think it significantly decreases my chances. I think 32 pts are not outstanding and thus try to improve it.

I’m currently a Brandeis student who went through the IB program, and first and foremost know that Brandeis appears to smile upon the IB program. I had stats around where yours are (a bit higher, but whatever) and if I had to guess I would say you stand a fair chance of getting in. Your involvement in extracurriculars will help you, too, but it would probably help if you pulled up your 3.3 from last semester.
Also, if you’re testing out of any of your SL’s this year, be sure to study hard for them and definitely mention them in your application!

I am taking the May 2010 IB exams and have received the Wien international scholarship. I was predicted a 43 though Good luck! PM me if you have further questions.
