Would it be legitimate or frowned upon if I submitted my 2 SAT II tests in US History/World History and Literature? I already have 5s on my US History and English 3 AP tests, and will be majoring in Economics. I just really would want to take a subject tests on areas I am enthusiastic about, and have done well in. Or should I diversify my fields of testing?

Umm, that’s the point of a subject test, to show where you excel/are interested in. In fact, the College Board recommends to take subject tests right after you finish the course in that subject. For example, I am a rising freshman, and I will take the Biology subject test at the end of my Bio course.

Most schools don’t make judgements based on AP scores but many do based on SAT II.

SAT II scores are more pertinent to your college application. APs are mainly used for college credit.

^ Exactly. Also, it is indeed recommended by most school counselors and advisers to take the SAT2 right after the AP exam on the same subject.
