Taking the PSAT as a senior, after taking SATS?

Has anyone here taken the PSAT as a senior after already taking the SAT to qualify for NMSQT? I think I kicked the June SAT's butt, should I take the PSAT?

that would be awesome, but i don't think you can.

i know you can take it freshmen & sophomore without NMSQT qualification, and then junior with, but i dunno about senior.

i'm betting if you could, you wouldn't qualify for NMSQT.

This is from the National Merit website:

To participate in the National Merit® Scholarship Program, a student must:

take the PSAT/NMSQT® in the specified year of the high school program and no later than the third year in grades 9 through 12, regardless of grade classification or educational pattern;

you can take the PSAT, but you won't be able to participate in the NMSQT
