Tardies after college acceptance

So I was accepted into my ed school last month. I am by no means a slacker or lazy, but since my acceptance I feel an urge to want to sleep in since my first class of the day is my easiest. I was wondering if my school will take into consideration the number of tardies I have for the rest of the year when reevaluating my transcript. I obviously don’t plan on sleeping in every day, but would once every two or three weeks give them something to be concerned about?

No.

But be aware that once you get to college, arriving late disrupts the class and is rude to the prof/other students. Some professors refuse to allow latecomers in.

No. But it’s not a good habit to adopt. This is from someone who failed 8:30am Freshman English.

Our HS has a 3 tardies=1 absence policy, and too many absences mean you get an I-for-“incomplete” for the class. That would show up on the final transcript. So in DD’s case, yes, it could possibly give the college something to be concerned about.

I would worry more about your HS policies…how many tardies can you have?
