Regardless of what happens, the fact that we’ve completed the application is an accomplishment in itself. Honestly, the prompts allowed me to be so introspective and I genuinely did my best work because, contrary to most written work I submit to school or another program, I truly wrote from the heart. Do you guys feel the same way?
@toWhatExtent Lovely words! Trying my best to adopt your mentality around this process. Has anyone heard from them? The wait is so utterly nerve-racking.
@toWhatExtent Definitely! I honestly found writing the essays to be a really interesting process since it was so different from most anything I’ve written for school. Haha it actually was difficult to the extent that it wasn’t one of those things that I could just complete rapidly – I actually had to think and think about what I really wanted to communicate for a few days. I wrote one whole essay and trashed it the next month for the third one.
Just called the NY office. TASP emails will be going out either today or tomorrow.
To correct myself, she said notices will be coming out today or tomorrow. That may mean they’re mailing it out.
@hungryalpaca are they doing everyone’s at once do you know?
@2019ish It sounded like they’re gonna send it all at once. She didn’t say it was on a rolling basis.
well someone said they were already mailed. hopefully they mean emails being sent out today/tomorrow. Though, it seems kind of like our year is a bit late out on the results
@sevredol20mg I called the Michigan and the NY office.
Michigan said that their office only handles TASS, so they couldn’t give me any info on TASP. NY said that they’d send out TASP either today or tomorrow. I also read somewhere that they usually send out the emails before noon, but I’m not sure what timezone that’s according to. My guess is that we should definitely know by the end of the week. 
I’ll ask my guidance counselors if they know anything. It’s so hard to be patient in this process lol.
Does anyone know if they send out acceptances and rejections at the same time?
I’m thinking everything TASP is eastern time zone, since that’s how they did the application deadline

I haven’t gotten the email yet and I have no idea what this means so I’m kinda freaking out BUT I’m super happy for anyone who makes it to interview! Keeping my fingers crossed
