<p>I have the form 26AS. Is there any forms necessary for the CSS profile? And also, my parents have some agricultural land which are tax-exempt. They also have a second home worth 2500 rupees per month. I don't know the market value. How could I validate these assets?</p>

All you need to do is now go to any Advocate, and ask for audit. They will ask you for all the assets you hold, after auditing they will tell you the market value of your assets. You can attach auditor certificate to CSS Profile. Thats it.</p>
