Hey everyone!

I have been filling out my CSS profile, and a question arose. How am I supposed to answer to this question, provided that I am an international student:

Has the student completed an income tax return for the 2014 tax year?

I have my parents’ income statements for 2014 and 2013 which include the amounts paid on taxes. How should I submit these statements? Did anyone have any experience submitting international tax forms?

This question is asking if YOU are going be filing taxes for 2014 - will you be filing taxes in your home country?

@kgos16 what does ‘filing taxes’ mean? Does it ask if I pay taxes?

Do you mail an income tax form to your taxing authority?

@Madison85 No, we don’t mail any tax forms, not that I know about. The taxes are simply deducted from each salary.
