My nerves are finally setting in. They disappeared after the interview and I truthfully haven’t thought much about it! Now Monday is D-Day and I’m beside myself!! Hows everyone feeling?
@tfaonlyaccount SAME. I was able to set aside my nerves about TFA until now and tomorrow is the day and I am an absolute nervous wreck! I just wish I could know and it could be over with.
Has anyone heard yet? I haven’t received an email and am getting a little nervous since it’s past 5pm.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing and wondering if maybe it would delay notification, but my recruiter reached out in regards to the virus and gave no indication that there wouldn’t be a decision today. Just that it might not include subject and grade with the virus impacting future regional needs.
Anyone else get an email about the virus from their recruiter? I didn’t get anything but the survey email
I got the email! I was accepted, but they actually said they were not able to share region today which is a whole new frustration. But excited none the less!
I still haven’t heard back!!! I hope that’s not a bad sign

Has anyone accepted for 4th deadline asked or heard anything besides what was in the FAQ doc? I have so many questions and concerns but I’m hesitant to bother TFA staff during this chaos.

Checking my inbox for an update today like the email said. I’m assuming that if they gave us an acceptance into the corps we have the same chances of getting jobs as everyone else. If they sorted us out by deadline that wouldn’t align with their principles and they would get a lot of backlash.
Hi everyone, I was accepted for 2020 Corp in San Diego and with just 3 days left to accept or deny the offer, I’m sooooo torn. I got a pretty decent job as all of this coronavirus stuff started and I’m still able to work from home so its a hard decision to make, especially when it is so unclear what teaching will even look like this coming school year. Is anyone else struggling with this decision?
