I am writing my “where have you lived and for how long” essay right now. I’ve looked over past threads, and people say you literally just need to say where have you lived. I will do this, but I want to write in an interesting way. How do I make my writing come alive in 100 words?

How have your location(s) affected how you were shaped as a person? Maybe frame it in a narrative way.
I’d consider approaching this is an indirect way by connecting it to your passion. This is probably a good time to remind you that your application should have a thematic passion. For instance, if your passion is music, then maybe you “live” on the stage. Or if you’re an artist, then in the studio. Or athlete on the field, etc. If you need help reflecting on/identifying your passion and conveying it in your application, feel free to PM me. Best of luck
