Okay so I was upset that we have a test almost EVERYDAY in math analysis! So I was like
Me: "I hate how we have a test everyday"
my teacher: "I'm only helping you guys"
Me: "NO YOURE NOT!" D:
Teacher: "okay, how about you don't take a test until the final?"
Me: "OKAAAY!!!" *thinking it's a good deal because I have an 94% in the class.
Teacher: "okay it's a deal"
Me: "wait!!!!" *asked him specially about the deal

one week later my teacher made a mistake in the gradebook & imputed stuff wrong for EVERYONE, so everyone's grade is suppose to be 4% lower. Meaning I have a 90% now! So I asked The treacher if it's really a deal??? Or we're we just playing... He said its no joke!!! And that he's gonna make the final really hard JUST FOR ME!

Is this illegal?? Can I complain to my consular???

A teacher can give as many tests as s/he likes… or as little. It’s certainly not illegal, but if it seems unfair to you, you can take it up with your consular.

Consulars are great with this things. They are always so good at consuling. I had this consular once who was so good at consuling that she consuled the entire school at one time, ONE TIME!

No, this is totally legal. And honestly, you totally brought this on yourself!
NEVER MAKE DEALS WITH TEACHERS! It never works out! Trust me!

Just relax, study hard, and do well on the final. It’s not like there is anything else you can do. Complaining to your counselor (this is the REAL way to spell it, people!) is just like whining and overreacting.
