<p>I have everything ready for my application includiing my two letters of recommendation only I did not print out the teacher evaluation forms for my teachers to fill out...</p>
<p>Now that break has started, I don't think there's any way for me to get ahold of my teachers. Will they still accept my app if I submit before January 2 if the teacher evaluations forms are sent afterwards?</p>
<p>dude that is kinda of the same thing thats going on with me except i sent my app online, gave a teacher the letter for recommendation(forget to give the second one) and the councellor recomendation will take atleast 2 weeks and im blown i guess idk?</p>
<p>My D applied EA (application was due 11/1). Sometime in early December she was contacted and told that her transcript and second teacher rec were missing and she had until 12/5 to get materials in. They did actually find the transcript; and her math teacher graciously faxed in her references (whether it was just really late or had gotten lost, we don't know). D was accepted. </p>
<p>I can't tell you that RD works the same, but D has about a month after the official deadline to get "late" or missing materials in -- fwiw.</p>
