Ok. My teacher, who is an overachiever, submitted her evaluation form two months ago via common apps. I submitted my EA Chicago app and all was well. Then I decided to create another version of my application because I want to use a different essay. So all the remaining schools are now in the new version. With the new version, the "School Form" page tells me that yes, my teacher has already submitted the evaluations to all the school like two months ago, the same date she submitted the Chicago one (I assume that the same one went to all the school on the list). However, that teacher told me that her teacher's common app page says that she has only submitted one evaluation, the Chicago one, and there is no more submit button to hit. I don't know what exactly the page says.

So, my question is: should I believe MY common app page and assume that all the forms are sent, or should I just tell my teacher to send the recommendations via snail mail?? It wouldn't be that much of a trouble for the admissions if they get two copies of the evaluation right?

Thanks.
