Hi there! I'm a junior, and I'm planning on asking my current English teacher to write a letter of recommendation for me. However, it is likely that she might not be teaching at my school next year. Would it still be possible for her to write it next year even if she's no longer at my school? Would she still be able to upload the LoR on Common App, etc.? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can certainly invite her to recommend you regardless of where she is or what she is doing at the time you make your applications. Be sure you get a personal email address or phone number so you’ll be able to reach her.

I talked to my Dean today, and he corroborated your statement. Thanks, niceday!
