<p>I've been thinking about applying to UMD, just one quick question: Does the teacher recommendation have to be completed using the university's specific form? I've had one of my teachers write a recommendation using his own stationary with the standard high school letterhead, etc.</p>
<p>If your school has their own college recommendation form, all colleges will accept that in lieu of their own. As for a letter on school's own letterhead, that should be fine. That is what my teachers did for all of my schools; I didn't give any of them any recommendation forms from the colleges.</p>
