<p>I think the rec says they'll take anything as long as it answers the basic questions MIT is asking.</p>
<p>Our form asks some fairly specific questions. Teachers are welcome to use whatever they'd like (even a simple letter with no form at all) as long as they address the questions on our form.</p>
