Teacher Recommendations by December 1st Deadline

<p>The deadline for merit scholarships is December 1st, while the general application deadline is in January. Does anyone know if teacher and guidance counselor recommendations MUST be submitted by December 1st along with the rest of the application? Or can they be submitted at a later date before January?</p>
