Teacher Recommendations Common App Not Started

Why does it say "Not started" in common app when I've already talked to my recommenders and they said they had already finished the letters?

In School Forms it says "School Form Assignments Complete" and it says "Assigned"
However as I scroll down the page, right beside my teacher's name it says "Not started"

Is this something I should worry about or is it normally like that?

Second thing, in the common app "Payments option"
What does it mean when the indicator is yellow saying (Ready for payment)?
It says a little bit down there says "Payment not submitted"
Does that mean I havent paid yet? Cuz I remember paying for it a while back.
Please answer.

Yes. If it says ‘not started’ and your teacher recs were submitted online, there’s a problem, and you need to talk to them. If they were submitted via mail, than of course the online system isn’t going to be updated (check your indv. schools for that) and you’ll be fine.

If the payment is showing up as not submitted, that means that your payment did not go through as you thought it did.

Are you, by chance, working with alternate versions? Could that be wny this is occurring?

But I’m sure they sent it online though.
What gets me thinking is how some people are also going through the same thing. I looked up other threads in college confedetial and found out some guys were actually having sort of the same problems. So I’m guessin the problem could be from this website itself?

I mean I talked to 3 teachers and they said that theyve already submitted them and they are all pretty reliable people and theyve done common apps before too.

And no this is the only one I’m applying with. Im only applying through common app.

I would still ask them to check, or contact CommonApp support. If it says ‘not started,’ even if they’ve done Common App before, it may be a problem.
