Teacher recommendations on the common app?

<p>I'm applying to Case Western and Miami University via the common app. Case Western wants a minimum of two teacher recommendations. Probably Miami as well. I already have one teacher recommendation, from my junior math teacher, and I also have my counselor's recommendation.</p>

<p>My question is, would it be okay if I get another recommendation from my german teacher, who knows me pretty well, or do they prefer the recommendation to be from a core class teacher?</p>

<p>Foreign language is a core class. At least, it should be considered as one.</p>

<p>I think it’s always fine if the teacher knows you really well.</p>
