Teacher Recommendations question

According to the Common App website,

[quote]
The teacher and counselor recommendation process is to be completed either all online or all offline. The college admissions offices do not want to receive the forms online and then receive paper evaluations and transcripts on paper. If there is a part of the online process that the counselor or teacher is unable to complete, the only choice is to opt out and do the form on paper.

Does this mean that if one teacher decides to do the form on paper, the counselor and other teacher must do their forms on paper as well? Or does the consistency issue only apply to a single teacher (i.e. they fill out part of their form online and send the other part by mail)?

Thanks

I believe it's all or nothing. my counsellor decided to do everythng on paper so I asked my teachers to do the same...

BTW. once our teachers send our rec letters, how do we know whether or not they were received?

One of my EA schools received offline counselor stuff and online teacher stuff. If this "mixing and matching" wasn't okay, I think the common app wouldn't allow it to happen (ie: if your counselor decides to do offline, all of your teacher stuff will automatically be offline).

So that means I cannot submit recommendations on-line and school transcript on paper?
or what?
