What subject teachers are most "respected" for giving recs?

I know i'm going to get a rec from my english teacher, but im stuck between my Calc teacher, Chem teacher, and CompSci Teacher

I think my calc teacher doesn't like me all that much, and my Chem teacher might or might not think i'm obnoxious.

However, i know my CompSci teacher really likes me, but im afraid that colleges dont give as much credit to what a nonCore class teacher has to say.

What do you think? Is there some kind of bias against elective teachers? Help me decide who to ask for recs plz!

Most colleges require that the recommendations are from teachers who taught you in academic areas (eng, math, sci, social studies, foreign language). If you consider you're CompSci teacher to have taught you in an academic area, I think you should definitely go with him. But if he's not an academic teacher then you should see what your colleges require. If they don't care go with your CompSci teacher because he seems like he'd give you the best rec.

It depends. Some colleges will specify that they want teachers from specific subjects.

If the colleges you're looking at don't specify, you should be fine. You have one solid academic rec (English), so as long as your computer teacher can highlight your dedication and talent, I don't think it would be a problem.

Well, if the college wants a teacher from a specific subject area, then you'll probably want to go with the chem teacher. However, if they don't care, your comp sci teacher is probably fine. I've heard that comp sci could be considered math (it is at my school) so you may want to ask the college whether a rec from a comp sci teacher is acceptable.
