Teacher RECS-code not working

<p>One of my S's teacher is trying to submit recommendation letter through the Common App but is running into a problem. Apparently, the code (or logon) the teacher was given is not working so the teacher is unable to submit the recommendation letter electronically to the Common App.</p>

<p>Has anyone else had the same problem? Any suggestions that we can provide to the teacher to solve the problem?</p>

<p>I <em>highly</em> recommend that the teacher contact the Common App Support team. If he or she is entering the PIN and password correctly and it doesn’t work, there is likely an issue that only support can fix. I could hypothesize on possibilities, but best bet is to get with support. They can fix it.</p>

<p>MacGyver, thanks for the suggestion. However, would you or others know what are one or two common problems that teachers may encounter when they try to submit the forms and letters of recommendation to the Common App online.</p>
