<p>While applying online, I realised there are no teacher rec or counselor rec forms. Am I mistaken or does UIUC not require any recs at all?</p>

<p>They neither want nor use recommendations. That is very common for public universities.</p>
<p>They used to have a counselor form, which they have gotten rid of this year, much to the relief of my counselor.</p>
