and how/with which should I send the fee waiver(tell me how to obtain it too)...............I am applyin through commonapp....
Help me out....

If you don't have a counselor, then your principal or vice-principal should fill out the appropriate forms. (Who else is there after all?) Obviously, your principal or vice-principal will in that case sign the fee waiver form as well.

You do have to give separate forms to the teachers and your counselor, but I am not sure whether they can be mailed together in a single envelope or have to be mailed separately. Maybe best might be to get them in different envelopes and see if the courier services can send all three in a single go.

When applying thru the common app, generally the procedure to get a fee waiver is to have your guidance counselor (oops... I mean your principal :)) sign a letter stating that you are unable to pay the application fee because of low family income, large no. of dependants, unfavorable exchange rate or some other reason. But specific colleges may have their own requirements, so you should check with each of your colleges.

Well,I am not really in financial "hole"....but the unfavourable exchange rate is the problem and some other reasons...
