Want to study abroad in Israel someday but can't decide between these two universities. Tel Aviv seems like the better choice for a real "study abroad" experience because all the nightlife and food seems to be located there, but they don't have many class options for international students. Also, I'm not sure if they put you in a room with Israelis.

University of Haifa on the other hand, sounds absolutely awesome minus it's location.
People say that there's not much to do there on the weekends/vacation, and most people just take busses to Tel Aviv. Haifa has many more class options, including communications, which Tel Aviv does not offer to international students.

Here's my main question though:

Is it more important to chose a study abroad college based on the credits/classes that they offer, or should I view that as a less important factor and focus more on the location to recieve the best study abroad/immersion experience?
