<p>I went online and saw my appointment for phase II was on July 23rd. Would this be considered one of the later appointments, earlier, or just an 'okay' date (as in, will a lot of class seat space be filled by this date, or not)? Sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks. :)</p>

<p>You can change all your registered classes pretty much continuously from your phase I date till that phase ends, and then from the phase II date onwards.
