<p>@berry14, no it is not for summer classes. Sign ups for summer classes are more like a free for all because there is no unit limit the first time you sign up (read: there are no phases). Change your summer by going to telebears and logging in and going to the Summer 2010 tab and you should be able to add or drop classes there.</p>
<p>Freshmen get phase IIs before sophomores.</p>

<p>You will use telebears for the first time AT your CalSO. That teaches you and serves as your phase I registration. You then will use it again on your own for your phase II time. </p>
<p>Nothing to do with telebears until then, unless you are registered for summer classes in which case you can use it to drop, change or add as relevant.</p>
