Just finished my first one - basically it’s me against time ahah
why didn’t I started earlier? D:

LOL, I pretty much just started writing on Saturday and just now finished my essay 1. Copied my previous essays for essay 2 and 3. Now starting on Essay 4. I have no idea how to start essay 4. :(

By the way, I wonder if the essay structure, grammar, and vocab matter a lot? Or is it just a content essay where the admission officers just want to see how thoughtful you are?

done with my essays and just turned them in. Now it’s just the waiting game. Which is even more stressful than the writing process.

So. So. So. Anxious.

2 & 1/2 hours and I still need to finish my conclusions for all of them. :c
on top of it all I have nothing really for #5.

I am working on my last one
Good luck to everyone else!

Do you know if we need to pay to apply?

No, TASP if totally free

Just finished my TASP application. Pretty proud of my last minute essays. Good luck to everyone! Now I need to seriously start on my homework and studying!

^same. Don’t know if I can really go back to real life right now

Hey everybody, I’m hitting that last minute grind right now and I’m just editing, but I’m sort of panicking. I’m just wondering because earlier in the thread I read somebody mention how there are extra question after the essays have been submitted, I sort of can’t find it and I’m just wondering how long do these extra questions exactly take?

They are pretty quick if you’ve done other resumes and things before. Its mostly personal information, interests, and other stuff. It would be beneficial to have a family member to help you answer some of the basic questions if you are running low on time.

And I just hit the submit button…

Reality begins again.

I just submitted mine. My answer to the conflict question was probably the most personal writing I’ve ever done, so hopefully that came across well. I didn’t even let my family read it.

Good luck everyone!

@Ichabod @Ososwagful12
I don’t think there are extra question after the essays have been submitted.

The personal/family information is part of the application. The application includes 5 pages. Page 1-3 is personal/family information. Page 4 is the essay, and page 5 is signature. Everything is included in these 5 pages. Am I right? Ososwagful12.

Yay!!! I finally submitted the essays that have been nestled in a Word document for about a month. Procrastination is not fun, but it is sometimes necessary!

@EnglishLearner I think Ososwagful is talking about the few questions in page 1-3 that ask about your activities and intellectual interests. Some people will fly through these to the essay questions, while others will produce as detailed responses as the word counts allow.

SUBMITTED!!!
proud of myself for actually submitting BEFORE 11:50 haha
I spent like 2 hours editing to make sure I didn’t make any awful usage errors :-/

it feels great to get this off my shoulders
now, we wait.

SUBMITTED!!! Feels good to submit buuuut now it begins
@halycyon97- I don’t think I could have reviewed it as much as I did but you never know for sure (I found when copying and pasting a formatting error the horror)

Submitted two or three minutes ago, finally descending from my stifling cloud of anxiety. Three of my essays excellent, one terrible, but its over and I’m happy. Thanks to those who replied to me and yeah I figured out there were no questions, to my relief.

yay submitted my app with 3 minutes till due

Submitted at 12:03 AM. It would have been ten min or so earlier, but kept getting sent back because I didn’t fill out required info, too many characters, etc. Happened 5 times! Thankfully, it still made through.
