I was rereading my essays and found out that my second essay refuted a claim I made in the first. Oops.
That is not good lol
Any ppl from Canada here??
I wrote about anorexia for my social issue prompt and looking back at it makes me cringe.
@CarepDeim12 @bsdsj22 Thanks for ur answers! Well, I guess more students applied for TASP this year in China. I asked some of my friends if they applied also and most replied positively. I don’t think I have a big shot, already thinking about other programs…
I’m new to the site but applied to TASP with little chance of getting in. I have a feeling I did not appear as intellectual or eager as Telluride wants.
@magnacarta21 idk. all we can do is hope. gl to you. this is just the after-application jitters. i personally feel the same.
@CanisMajor good luck to you as well. I guess this feeling is customary.
I’m so nervous I’m checking the website constantly knowing the results won’t come out until March lol
@Clareesi I feel you. This thing is ripping me apart. On a side note, how many of you applied for the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards?
I did. I submitted three 1 minute before the deadline, and I just noticed I forgot to send the forms for one of them XD
@nullisecunda @bsdsj22 I did too! Let’s see how we do
About the scholastic art and writing, if you get an email about results coming out on Wednesday, does it mean they received your forms when you registered?
@elephantseal, I hope so! It would make sense too.
I submitted around 6 entries and that email on Wednesday made my heart drop because I thought the results came out early or something.
I can’t imagine the anxiety of waiting for TASP results in March.
What’d you guys choose for your preferred seminars? I liked Cornell II the best, but Cornell I seems fairly interesting.
Is that the security one? It’s my first choice.
Yeah, Cornell II is my top, Cornell I is my second.
Cornell I, Michigan I @IneffableMaestro
Cornell II, Michigan II were my top choices.
1st Cornell II
2nd Cornell I
