Hahahahaha. . . HAHAHAHAHAHA Sorry, you haven’t been to my school–you wouldn’t understand

I just don’t think I can’t fit Organic In. As of right now, my tentative schedule is,

Senior Year

ENG 231: American Literature I
MAT 151: Statistics
MAT 273: Calculus III
Philosophy–Honors
PHY 251: General Physics I
ENG 232: American Literature II
MAT 285: Differential Equations
PED 110: Fit and Well for Life
PHY 252: General Physics II
Speech and Debate–Honors

First semester:
ANP 429 Ethnographic Field Methods
ISS 310 People and Environment
RCAH 281 Career Strategies
RCAH 291 Creative Workshops
RCAH 390 Language and Culture
SPN 310 Basic Spanish Grammar

Spring Semester:
ANP 264 Great Discoveries Archaeology
ANP 363 Rise of Civilization
ANP 420 Language and Culture
SPN 320 Cultural Reading & Comp
RCAH 291 Creative Workshops
RCAH 390 Language and Culture

Haven’t decided on the RCAH topics classes- even though some of the classes are duplicates, each section has a different topic.

RCAH = Residential College in the Arts and Humanities
ANP = Anthropology
SPN = Spanish
ISS = Integrated Social Studies

Do people usually take Real Analysis before Linear Algebra at your school Heavn?

If I decide to do Comp Sci Engineering I’ll take

Fall
Discrete Math
The 2nd C++ class
Engineering 100 (I never took it, not failing it… hoping I can snag the easiest section)
Maybe a math class, maybe something else. Intro to Theoretical Stats?

Winter
Don’t know, but it’ll be the next sort of CS classes. My course load will probably depend on how that semester is going.

If I decide to do Industrial Engineering I’ll take

Fall
Economic Decision Making
Operations Modeling
Engineering Probability and Statistics
Ergonomics + Ergonomics Lab
Engineering 100 (again, hoping to grab the easiest one)

Winter
Intro to Optimization methods
Intro to Markov processes
Linear Statistical Models
Data Processing
Some “non-IOE engineering elective” which is extremely restricted and doesn’t deserve to be called an elective.

There’s a lower division Linear Algebra class (33A) that many of the sciences take, then there’s a more theoretical one that is supposed to be an introduction to proofs for Math Majors (115A). I’m taking the lower division one right now and I’ll take 115A in the spring (quarter system). The third course that I’ll take next winter actually isn’t a requirement unless you’re in the Honors or Scholars programs. It’s a bit hard to explain because the UC’s seem to use a different course number system than most schools.

Romani, I think Comp is short for Composition, not Computer or Computer Science.

TCBH, cool. I’m thinking of taking a Real Analysis class here (it’s not required for either Comp Sci or Industrial Engineering but I was told that it can really help you later), over the summer. So that’s why I asked

Well, he can only take 4 classes. If he took a foreign language AND English that would be half his classes. Since he’s taking Calc and AP Physics I’m assuming he’s a math/science person.
