Term Bill help

I'm entering my first year at Rutgers this fall and of course I need to pay the term bill. I enrolled in a tuition payment plan offered by Rutgers which splits up the payments into 5 months. I've paid up to date (next payment is Aug 28th), but on the Rutgers student accounting term bill page it says that I haven't paid anything at all. I've called the accounting office many times but it's always busy and their email seems to be nonresponsive. Should I be worried at all? Anyone have a clue as to what I can do?

When did you pay? There may be a lag in payment processing if it was very recent. Did you pay online? If you saw a payment page (hopefully you printed it out) you should be ok. Did you mail it? Maybe it got lost.

I would keep trying to call the phone number. It’s busy because it’s that time of year, but you’ll get through. Try calling when they first open. I have always gotten through eventually.

When it reaches the payment deadline date, the tuition payment website will automatically update and shows the amount of credit you paid.

actually it takes like a week for the system to update, you are sending the money to a third party company who sends the money to rutgers thru scholarchip which Rutgers uses(work at rutgers accounting office for employee reimbursements). The 50 dollar initiation fee is what the company keeps so it makes some money.

Should be updated by late next week, trust me it will come up
