So, my HS told me that my test scores would be on my transcripts, and none of my schools specified that they needed them sent through SAT/ACT. Wesleyan's checklist says they received my high school transcript, but not my scores. I rush mailed by ACTs yesterday to all my schools. What is going on? Has anyone else had this problem?

Some schools dont accept scores that are on transcripts, so maybe thats the problem, or maybe they didnt contain your scores at all, who knows

The annoying part is that the Wesleyan FAQ for transfers says they don't need to be official, but the online checklist (which is to view your application materials) says it does.

On top of this, I paid for my college transcripts to be sent out over a month ago and they are not in. I also gave my teachers envelopes with stamps for my recs three weeks ago and one isn't it.

I'd give them a few more days. Apparently no one at the admissions office processes the transfer application material until April, after all the RD freshman decisions have been made, and it doesn't matter how early you send it in, it'll be sitting in a little box in the some basement somewhere until the admissions office has time to look through all the transfer stuff.

I know exactly how you feel. My professor's recommendation, which he sent like 2 months ago, only just got processed YESTERDAY at Columbia. And my transcript from Wesleyan, which I sent on Feb. 3rd still hasn't been received. If it doesn't show up within the next week, I'd just start faxing.

Oh and also, when your HS said your test scores, maybe they meant AP scores. Because I know that my AP scores were on my transcript, but for the SATs I definitely had to send them through College Board.

Good luck!
