I planning to apply ED to a school that requires the SAT plus two subject tests, or the ACT. I am WAY more comfortable the SAT, in fact, I got a 29 on the ACT and can’t see myself doing much better due to the extreme time constraints. I want to retake the SAT in October, and I feel well prepared for it too, but then I will only have November to take the SAT subject test, (I already have one) and I’m worried that my score for that test won’t reach admission in time for decisions, and they will consider my ACT score instead, which I already unfortunately sent (I marked down the school name while testing) Now I feel the need to spend time improving my ACT score in case they consider it instead of the SAT, and I have no idea where to direct my focus. I know if I solely studied for the SAT, I could get a decent score, but I don’t want all my studying to go to waste and they consider my terrible ACT score instead. I feel as though even if I dedicate my attention to the ACT, I will never do as good as I would with the SAT.And if I study for both, I won’t be able to make that much progress in either. I just have no clue what to do. Any advice?
I have the same problem any suggestions?!!
both of you-focus on the SAT and your subject tests.
period.
Look on the school’s web site. It will usually say what the latest test date is they will consider. If it’s not there then call or E-Mail them to ask.
