no, im not mongolian. If that's what it means. I don't think they have the class in my area (NC) for the Oct test. I'm gonna take the online course then.

I have one son that took it. He made a 1960 the first time he took the real SAT and made a 2180 the second time after private tutoring with Testmasters. He thought the vocabulary and the essay writing techniques were the most helpful. He was only able to do about 8 hours with them but the materials, vocab list, etc were the same as the ones you get from the classroom or online version. He is also very lazy and didn't do any of the extra work. ( He did not work on the CR) just writing and math. To get the most out of it, you have to do the homework and all of the practice problems. Like Xiggi always says, practice! The materials they use are all Collegeboard materials, not made up questions like Kaplan or Princeton review. I think that makes a difference, too. My second son is going to take the full classroom course soon so I will let you know what he thinks.

You can also search old CC threads for "blackeyed susan." Her son took it in Houston and really liked it. I remember that he scored very well ( over 2200) and is now attending Rice, I believe.
