Just wondering... Is the SAT score report supposed to be listed here? It seems like it is, but for me it says "No Tests On File." I know I sent the score report (non-rushed, like they asked), and I haven't received anything from Columbia requesting it, so should I worry about this? Does anyone else have/not have the SAT listed here?

Also, this is probably a pointless question, but I figured I'd ask since I'm posting anyway... I was looking at my application recently, and I noticed that when Part I asked me to "Please select, in order of preference, the three academic areas of interest that you are considering at Columbia," I only did the first one (I guess I was going to go back to it, and I forgot). Does this matter? I'm assuming not, but I figured I may as well ask.

Mine has three tests on file (SAT I, and 2 SAT IIs), so I'm thinking it should be on file. Don't worry, they're missing my transcript too. I think you should re-send your SAT scores to them. When I called last week, they said everything has to be sent by Friday (2/24). I have a vacation until tomorrow, so I said I'll send it first thing Monday.

And I'm sure indicating only one major will not result in a rejection or anything -- it's fine.

they're missing my transcript as well and I faxed them friday afterschool. They're also missing my school report, and teacher report. I just hope the school officials will send them on time as I have asked them to.

They're missing all of my tests too. I think my GC is going to call tomorrow morning and ask, and if not then ask if the school can fax them. She says Collegeboard has been horrible with reporting scores this year.

Marauder: Good thing I'm not the only one (not that I'm happy you have the problem)... I'd imagine Columbia wouldn't punish us for collegeboard's mistake.

When you fax your score report, would you have to copy and fax the entire report, or just the portion that they're asking for? That is, not photocopy the bottom portion with all of your scores.

It seems like a lot of people on this site are having problems with colleges not receiving things. It's weird, but I've only had one thing missing, a teacher rec, out of all 7 colleges I applied to.

robotFOOD, they SHOULD be accepting January scores. My status site doesn't have the January scores either, but Cornell received -- and updated -- the scores. Collegeboard also said it sent them on 2/18. Columbia seems to be very busy this year due to the overflow of applications; a lot of my friends are having issues too.

Maybe you can call? I'll try calling next time, and I hope they see my January scores lol.

My GC faxed the scores to Columbia yesterday and then called. They said they would accept the faxed score while evaluating my application, but that at some point they would need to recieve the official scores from Collegeboard. I had Collegeboard re-semd them about two weeks ago, so everything should be fine. I hope this helps.

Thanks, Marauder. I called just to make sure they don't mind, and they told me to do the same thing. I'm ordering the collegeboard score report now (hopefully the same thing doesn't happen), and I'm faxing the score summary section thing tomorrow.

i also retook the sat in january and the college board sent my scores to columbia on 2/18. like many other people's, my scores don't appear on my status page.

does anyone else find it odd that there isn't a box for whether or not they received your mid-year report?

my scores are also missing. did you guys just fax columbia a copy of the score summary from your own collegeboard account or did you tell your counsellor to fax the counsellor copy??
